These terms govern use of DoorQuests at doorquests.com. By accessing the site, you agree to these terms to the extent allowed by applicable law. If you disagree, please stop using the site.
1. Operator and creative identity
DoorQuests is an individually operated creative website based in California, United States. The Axiom Continuum is its associated creative brand, not a representation that either name is a corporation or other separate legal entity.
2. Personal entertainment use
You may access and play publicly available Stories, Cases, Challenges and Games for lawful personal, noncommercial enjoyment. Availability and functionality may change. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or use the site to violate another person's rights.
3. Intellectual property
The original stories, writing, artwork, brand presentation and other original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and remain owned by their respective rights holders. Unless permission is given or a legal exception applies, do not commercially reproduce, sell, redistribute, or present substantial portions as your own. Third-party materials retain their owners' rights. The Axiom Continuum is credited as the creative origin of the migrated Daily Door experiences. Nothing here represents a registered trademark or transfers ownership.
4. Interactive experiences and saved progress
Story outcomes depend on choices and may include fictional situations or challenging themes. Browser-local progress is provided as a convenience, not a guaranteed permanent backup. Clearing browser data, switching devices or website changes may reset progress. We may update or remove experiences and correct errors without notice.
5. No purchases or accounts at present
The current public website does not provide paid memberships, checkout, or account registration. If these capabilities are introduced, additional terms and disclosures may apply before use.
6. External links and services
We may link to third-party sites or load third-party resources. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, terms or data practices.
7. Availability and warranties
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim for reliable experiences but cannot promise uninterrupted service, error-free gameplay, preservation of progress, or compatibility with every device. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties not required by law.
8. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the website, such as lost browser-local progress or interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Updates and applicable law
These terms may change as the service evolves. Updated terms will appear here with an effective date. California law generally governs interpretation, subject to mandatory consumer protections and other applicable laws. No provision requires a visitor to waive nonwaivable rights.
